Associate Nurse Unit Manager

2 x part time roles available, 0.8 – 1.0FTE / fortnight (negotiable).

Otway Health currently has vacancy for Associate Nurse Unit Managers to complement our Clinical Care Team.

Otway Health is offering the opportunity for experienced ANUM’s as well as Registered Nurses looking to advance their career, with the opportunity to work in a supported and harmonious environment, encompassing Acute Care, Residential care and Urgent Care.

Otway health is seeking individuals who are committed to the delivery of high quality client focused services and the highest standards of care, guided by our values of service: Professional, compassionate, responsive, accountable, and respectful.

Successful candidates will be supported to complete the following accreditations / endorsements: RIPERN (Rural & Isolated Practice), REC (Rural Emergency Care) & Rural/ Remote x-ray operators course.

Essential Criteria and Closing Date
  • Current registration with APHRA
  • Demonstrated understanding of the management responsibilities of an ANUM
  • Commitment to quality of care and working knowledge of the Montessori Program, Aged Care and Clinical Best Practice
  • Strong Leadership and interpersonal skills
